Weekends for me are sacred.  When life is super busy with lots of commitments, the weekends are an opportunity to wind down and also focus on all of the things that I love to do.

A few close friends and I recently had an amazing weekend which involved all of my favourite things; people I love, being outdoors, moving my body and of course nourishing it with delicious food.

Below we have captured some of this amazingly fulfilling weekend so I thought I would share it with you.

This day we started early, enjoying Sculptures by the Sea followed by a functional workout on the beach.

My good friend Jeremy is the creator of these videos and I initially asked him to create a soundtrack to this one instead of  the audio….he is convinced the audio is more “raw” and authentic, hope you enjoy it.
