Balcony Gym

I’ve found a new place to work out or in during the warm/dry months of Summer (which is over half the year).  My balcony has fantastic railing overhead where I can hang my Ultimate Instrument and my TRX.  My bedroom windows provide the reflection I need so that I check my form and there is enough space to swing around a bit.

Today I did a simple circuit on my somewhat windy balcony which consisted of the following;

  •  Kettlebell deadlift
  • TRX Abducted grip rows
  • Chins on the UI
  • Swiss ball jack knives

5 sets of approximately 10 – 12 reps per exercise
