The Journey

Your Four Month Journey to Fertility

You don't need more fertility advice.

You need to know...

what actually matters for your body!

Using The Journey Method™, we'll look at your health and fertility journey as a whole, identify the areas that deserve your attention, and build a personalised, evidence-informed plan to support the healthiest possible foundation for conception, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

Four months. A personalised starting plan. Expert coaching, practical tools and a community that understands. Choose the level of support that suits you.

You've done everything you were told to do.

Maybe you’ve seen naturopaths, fertility specialists, acupuncturists or other practitioners. Maybe you’ve already been through IVF.

And yet, you’re still asking the same question:

“Why am I still not pregnant?”

Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS or endometriosis. Maybe you’ve experienced failed IVF, miscarriage or recurrent pregnancy loss. Or perhaps everything keeps coming back “normal” – which somehow makes it even more frustrating.

Because you know your body. And something doesn’t feel right.

So you keep searching. Another appointment. Another test. Another supplement. Another protocol. Another person telling you what you “should” be doing.

Until eventually you have so much information that you don’t know what actually matters anymore.

You are intelligent, capable and used to creating results – but fertility feels like the one area you cannot influence.

You don’t need another list of things to try. You need to know what deserves your attention.

This is exactly why I created The Journey.

Introducing The Journey Method™

a structured 3 pillar approach

… designed to take you from confused, dismissed and trying everything… to clear on what matters, supported in making meaningful changes, and confident that you’re giving your body the healthiest foundation you can.

Pillar 1: Root Cause ID

Stop treating every symptom as a separate problem and start looking at the whole picture.

We’ll begin with a full assessment of your health and fertility journey as a whole — your history, symptoms, cycle, nutrition, lifestyle, current habits, and the patterns that may deserve closer attention. From there, we establish realistic, measurable goals and identify what genuinely deserves your focus over the next four months.

Because more isn’t always better. Sometimes one of the most powerful things you can do is finally understand what you can stop doing.

You’ll work towards:
→ Greater clarity around your individual fertility picture
→ Clear and measurable health goals
→ A personalised plan based on your priorities
→ Knowing what deserves your attention now — and what doesn’t

Pillar 2: Nutrition & Lifestyle Optimisation

Give your body the nourishment and environment it needs to support fertility and pregnancy.

Fertility nutrition isn’t about eating less, cutting out everything you enjoy, or adding another handful of supplements. We’ll look at the foundations — what you’re eating, how much, your balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats, digestion and nutrient absorption, blood sugar, sleep, movement, and your everyday environment and chemical exposures.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating an everyday way of eating and living that supports the health you’re trying to build.

You’ll learn:
→ How to build a fertility-supportive plate
→ The role of protein, carbohydrates and fats
→ How digestion influences the nutrients available to your body
→ Practical ways to support sleep and recovery
→ How to reduce unnecessary chemical exposure without making your life impossible
→ How to create changes you can actually sustain

Pillar 3: Nervous System Reset

Because fertility isn’t only about food.

You can eat beautifully, take every supplement and follow every recommendation — while your body carries an enormous physical and emotional load. Trying to conceive can become all-consuming: the tracking, the waiting, the appointments, the disappointment, the constant maths around age and time, and the pressure to stay positive through all of it.

We’ll work on daily practices that support regulation, recovery and resilience alongside the nutrition and lifestyle work. Not “self-care” for the sake of ticking a box — practical tools that become part of the way you live.

We’ll focus on:
→ Supporting healthy daily rhythms
→ Blood sugar and lifestyle foundations that support hormonal health
→ Meaningful self-care and recovery
→ Habits and rituals that support consistency
→ Your vision beyond simply “getting pregnant”

Because we’re not building habits just to get you to two lines on a test. We’re building foundations that can carry you into pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

The Journey is built on the same process that has supported hundreds of women to conceive naturally or with improved IVF outcomes.

This work is grounded, practical and proven.

Over the years, I’ve worked with HUNDREDS of women to take their health back in their own hands. I have refined my protocols and seen the results time and time again.

Clients have experienced:

Hi, I'm Sarah!

I’m the founder of Health Wellbeing. I’m tertiary qualified and received my nutrition and lifestyle certification through the CHEK Institute, and for more than 14 years I’ve supported women through fertility, hormonal and pregnancy challenges — with hundreds of successful pregnancies across my career.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women, many of whom came to me after years of trying, failed IVF, miscarriage, endometriosis, PCOS, or being told that everything looked “normal.”

But my understanding of this journey isn’t only professional. It’s personal.

My own fertility experience shaped the way I work today. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, confused and desperate for answers no one seems able to give you. That season of my life shaped everything I do now — it’s why I take your fertility personally, why I work so closely with you, and why I refuse to offer generic plans or surface-level advice.

I’m not here to promise you a pregnancy. No ethical practitioner can do that. I’m here to help you understand your body more deeply, identify what deserves your attention, and support you as you build the healthiest foundation possible for the motherhood journey you’re hoping for.

One approach. Two ways to work together.

Both options follow The Journey Method™: the same four-month framework, personalised assessment, nutrition and lifestyle curriculum, weekly group coaching calls and private Skool community. The difference is how much dedicated one-to-one time you have with me.

Frequently Asked Questions..

Can you guarantee I'll get pregnant?

No. There are many factors involved in conception and pregnancy, and no practitioner can ethically guarantee that you will conceive. What The Journey gives you is a structured, personalised approach to your health and fertility, clear priorities, ongoing coaching and support to help you build the healthiest foundation you can.

Can I do this alongside IVF?

Absolutely. The Journey isn’t an alternative to appropriate fertility treatment. You don’t need to choose between receiving medical care and supporting your broader health — we’ll focus on the nutrition, lifestyle and wellbeing foundations that sit alongside the care provided by your fertility team.

What if I want to conceive naturally?

Yes, this is exactly who the program is for too. Whether you’re trying naturally, taking a break from treatment, or preparing for another IVF cycle, we’ll work with where you are now.

What's the difference between the Group and 1:1 options?

Both options include the same four-month Journey Method™ curriculum, a personalised assessment and starting plan, weekly group coaching calls and Skool community. Group clients receive a private onboarding session and ongoing guidance through group coaching and the community. Private clients receive all of this plus four weekly private sessions in Month 1 and monthly private sessions in Months 2–4. Private places are limited.

Is my plan really personalised if I join the Group option?

Yes. Everyone receives the same Journey Method™ education, but your starting point, priorities and goals are individual to you. Your private onboarding session and assessment establish your initial direction, and we continue reviewing your plan through the group coaching process.

Is this just another fertility course?

No. The Journey includes educational modules, but it isn’t designed for you to watch videos and figure everything out yourself. You’ll complete an assessment, begin with personalised priorities, and have ongoing coaching, accountability and access to Sarah — whether that’s weekly group calls or 1:1 sessions.

What if I can't attend every weekly call (Group option)?

Every call is recorded and available inside the program. You’ll still have full access to the module library, community and resources, so missing an occasional live session doesn’t mean falling behind.

How much time will I need?

This isn’t designed to become another full-time job. There’s education to work through and changes to implement, but the goal is to help you identify the few things that matter most — not give you an endless fertility checklist. The program is designed to fit into real life.

What if I've already tried everything?

Then you’re probably exactly who I created The Journey for. Most women who come to me aren’t starting from zero — they’ve read the books, taken the supplements, changed their diets, seen the specialists, tried acupuncture, tracked their cycles, maybe already been through IVF. The problem often isn’t a lack of effort. It’s not knowing which pieces genuinely deserve their attention. That’s where we start.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been trying to conceive without the outcome you desperately want
  • You’ve been told everything looks “normal” but you know there is more to your health story
  • You’ve experienced failed IVF, miscarriage or recurrent pregnancy loss
  • You’re navigating PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal symptoms or unexplained infertility
  • You’ve tried supplements, diets, protocols and practitioners and no longer know what actually matters
  • You’re preparing for IVF and want to support your health alongside your medical treatment
  • You’re hoping to conceive naturally and want a clear plan instead of continuing to guess
  • You’re willing to make meaningful changes to your nutrition, lifestyle and daily habits

And most importantly — you're ready to stop asking "What else should I try?" and start asking "What does MY body actually need?"

Four months from now…

I can’t tell you exactly what your fertility journey will look like. And I won’t promise you a positive pregnancy test.

But I want you to imagine something else.

Imagine understanding your body better than you do today.
Knowing exactly what you’re focusing on – and why.
Feeling stronger, more nourished and more supported.
No longer changing direction every time you hear another piece of fertility advice.
Having people around you who understand the emotional reality of this journey.

And knowing that rather than simply hoping for the best… you’ve spent four months intentionally building the healthiest foundation you can for pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and explore whether The Journey is right for you, I’d love to talk.
