Sarah Hopkins – Healthy Weight Loss

“Healthy weight loss is achievable, Disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits & lifestyle management”

The modern day health care system is so focused on symptoms they often forget (or are too busy) to look for the root cause. Sometimes this can be as simple as chronic dehydration or stress.   Unfortunately this leads to many people suffering long term with pain/dysfunction/discomfort with only medication to suppress/ease it.  But what are the long term health ramifications of that?

There are so many stressors in today’s world that contribute to a diminished sense of vitality & health.

  • Stress
  • Pollution
  • Toxins
  • Poor diet/nutritional deficiencies
  • Poor water
  • Poor quality sleep &/or sleep deprivation
  • Highly processed foods
  • Negative thought patterns
  • Sedentary lifestyle habits
  • Destructive relationships

Working with the CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching template enables me to assess every client in relation to the 6 foundation principles –

  • Thoughts
  • Breath
  • Nutrition
  • Hydration
  • Exercise
  • Sleep

Assessing & coaching based on these principles is complementary to most other health care protocols and can vastly improve recovery rates and symptoms.
