Sometimes the simplest things are the best…
Last night I cooked healthy meal for a friend who has been sick with a severe case of the flu for a few weeks. He’s been stuck at home suffering from cabin fever and eating a lot of fast food so his request was fish and veges.
I added raw butter and salt to the veges and made a gremolata with flat leaf parsley from the garden.
I’m pretty sure he felt better for it, I know I did.
