Finally pregnant after trying to conceive for 9 years through endometriosis

I came to see Sarah after a couple of friends recommended her to help with my fertility, at that stage I had been trying unsuccessfully to conceive for 9 years.  I was struggling with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and stage 4 endometriosis.  I really wanted to see if there was anything else I could do before my next scheduled IVF cycle to improve my chances.

Sarah identified quite a few necessary changes to my diet and lifestyle that she said would reduce inflammation and also improve my hormone balance, giving me a better chance of conceiving. It wasn’t easy but I was motivated to do it as well as I could.  After a few months, I went in for my next cycle.  To be honest I didn’t have high hopes, especially as they told me all of the embryos had fragmented and even though they transferred one, they didn’t think it would work.

To my surprise, I found out two weeks later that I was PREGNANT. I’m now 30 weeks.  I’m so grateful that my body was finally healthy enough to conceive and hold a pregnancy, thanks for your support Sarah.
