I started weekly sessions with Sarah last year because I want to fall pregnant in a few years time and wanted to ensure my body was as healthy as it could be before trying to conceive. Over the course of our meetings I slowly made changes to my diet and habits that I’ve tried to make in the past but they’ve never stuck. There’s something about Sarah that makes you feel so comfortable and confident in being able to make real, long-term goals and be able to keep them. Even though I no longer see her, I have changed the way I eat and live my life and I feel amazing. I always looked forward to seeing her and would leave feeling excited to try out whatever she suggested. She is also a great cheerleader and makes you feel like you can do anything!
