I Know I can Keep the Weight Off and Maintain my Health

When I came to see Sarah I had been struggling with my weight and health for a long time.  I’d had gastric sleeve surgery 4 years ago but unfortunately my eating habits had slipped and I’d gained back a lot of the weight I lost initially.  I had also had hypothyroid, high blood pressure and aching joints so I was feeling pretty average.  After fully assessing me, Sarah made small incremental changes to what and how I ate and not only did the weight start to fall off but I noticed significant improvements in my energy and pain levels.
I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss now for nearly 12 months and I know how to eat to maintain my health and energy for the long term.
