I first started seeing Sarah in January 2020 predominately to discuss how I can improve various things such as digestion, hormones, mood and skin problems. I had severe bloating, I was constantly feeling tired and hungry all the time but the biggest concern for me was having diarrhoea and stomach cramps far too often and knew that something was definitely wrong.
My husband and I had also been trying to conceive for over 2 years and that was another reason why I had reached out to Sarah as a friend who had recently fallen pregnant mentioned that she had been seeing her. I was very interested in learning more about how I could prepare my body and get it into the best possible condition so I too could fall pregnant.
Since seeing Sarah and having her guide me through gradual changes at each session it has really helped me to stick to it and make the necessary changes that I never thought would be possible for me. She helped me knuckle down all the foods I should be avoiding and other really important lifestyle changes that needed to be addressed.
Sarah is a great mentor and the amount of knowledge she has in all things to do with health and wellness is remarkable. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is trying to fall pregnant or just wanting to have more energy, motivation and just overall better health.
I am very happy I made the first step in seeing Sarah as I am now 3 months pregnant and looking forward to continuing our sessions in order to help me maintain a healthy pregnancy and prepare my body for a natural birth.
