I reached out to Sarah after attending one of her fertility workshops some years prior. I was having trouble conceiving my second child and wanted to support my body to have the best outcome from IVF. With support and guidance, we made changes to what & how I ate, focussing on incorporating nutrient rich foods for fertility and avoiding foods that interfered with this. We also worked on stress and sleep to help support my hormone balance. I noticed an improvement in my cycle and things like sleep and energy but my IVF cycles were unsuccessful. I thought it wasn’t going to be. Twelve months later I was amazed to discover I was pregnant naturally. I’m so grateful to have conceived naturally at 42 and am now planning a VBAC birth with some support and guidance from Sarah.
