I am a 25 year-old female and Sarah has assisted me for over 6 months now with my main goal about achieving a healthy life balance and achieving consistency. I have always been very motivated and hardworking and often achieve goals, but I can tend to be very up and down depending on stress and other commitments, with being healthy often the first thing that slips. Sarah has helped me make some positive changes to my diet, lifestyle, work, finances and spiritual well-being.
In the 6 months that I have been working with Sarah I have had weight loss through better diet choices, improved sleep, improved work/life balance (not working after hours) and most importantly I have managed to stick to my new habits through this period.
