When I came to see Sarah, I was not feeling myself. With two young boys and a very busy life, I was feeling so tired and caught every bug going around. I’d gained 10kg and lost my self confidence. Over the course of about 4 months I made changes to what and how I ate, sleep hygiene, stress management and more. I was pleasantly surprised to watch the weight fall off easily without any sense of deprivation.
