I came to Sarah after yet another auto-immune diagnosis. Not feeling great, but wanting to avoid aggressive medication, I decided to try and make some lifestyle changes to see if they could improve my conditions.
Sarah was a wealth of knowledge, and not only did she help me with my diet, but also introduced me to meditation and effective ways to improve my sleep patterns. She really looked at the whole picture.
After spending time with Sarah, my energy levels improved, my digestion was normal and I felt happier. Most importantly, my medical practitioner was most impressed with my disease actually improving and I was able to avoid the medication originally prescribed. I was encouraged to ‘keep doing whatever you’re doing’.
