Healthy changes

Physically, I wasn’t feeling right. I knew losing weight would be the start and went to see Sarah on a friend’s recommendation. Sarah taught me about ‘what not’ to eat and ‘what time’ to eat. In a few months I reached my target weight and each morning I wake up my mind is immediately alert and I feel rested; deeper and uninterrupted sleep and a well-maintained digestive system… much calmer and a better day!

Not quite Brillat-Savarin’s interpretation of “Tell me what you eat and I’ll tell you what you are” but this works for me; Sarah, thanks.
