A Healthy Body in Preparation for Baby

I originally went to see Sarah because my husband and I were trying to fall pregnant and I wanted to be as healthy as I possibly could. She has provided me with ways to improve my diet that would help with my fertility and also with some simple tips that can easily be introduced into day to day life to help with your overall well being.

I always thought that my diet was relatively healthy (apart from the fact that I have a weakness for chocolate!) but once I went to see her I realised there were definitely areas that I needed to improve. The hardest thing for me  to get my head around was the introduction of fat (good fat) into my diet. My diet has improved dramatically. I no longer eat sugar, I try to eat organic wherever possible and I limit my dairy and gluten intake. Sarah has also provided me with lots of new food combinations and recipe ideas which has made the transition that much easier.

I feel so much better since I have been to see Sarah. I no longer feel bloated after meals and my energy levels have increased dramatically. My husband and I are now expecting a little baby boy due in April and I couldn’t be happier!!

I can not recommend Sarah highly enough to anyone who is wanting to make improvements to their overall health and well being. She makes you feel totally at ease the moment you meet her and I feel incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me.
