Healthy Pregnancy After Miscarriage

When I reached out to Sarah, we had been actively trying to conceive for over 12 months.  After I had a miscarriage, I was starting to feel defeated and wondering if there was anything that I could do to improve my chances of conceiving.  A friend suggested I reach out to Sarah.  Working with Sarah was more enjoyable than I expected.  She made some changes to diet to help with some minor digestive issues I was experiencing.  We also looked at stress, sleep and other lifestyle factors that she explained played a part in my fertility.
After a couple of months, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I was pregnant naturally and I am happy to say that I am now over half way.  I’m so glad I made the decision to work with Sarah, improving my health ultimately helped improve my fertilty.
