Nearly six months ago I decided to make my health and wellbeing a priority and I made my first appointment with Sarah. When I first met with Sarah my goal was to develop some healthy habits that I could maintain in the long term. I have certainly achieved that goal. As a result of my work with Sarah:
– I am more aware of the quality of the food I eat and the water I drink;
– I now understand the importance of of winding down at the end of each day and getting a great night sleep;
– I am back exercising regularly; and
– I am feeling more energised.
In addition to these changes, I have seen my zest for life return! I now seek out new goals and challenges and feel confident in my ability to make the changes I want to see in my life.
