I Now Have The Tools To Stay Healthy For Life

I was originally recommended to see Sarah by my chiropractor Dr. Andrina Chien who spoke very highly of Sarah and said that we would be the perfect match (which was absolutely the case!). At the time I was having issues with my gut & feeling tired for no reason throughout the day. I had very poor eating habits due to the stresses of university studies, either skipping meals or eating 2-minute noodles regularly. After eating, I would feel tired and bloated or I was experiencing pain and discomfort without any understanding as to why or how I could fix it.

I have learnt so much about myself during the sessions with Sarah which allowed me to finally understand the reasoning behind my stomach issues. We had discovered that most of my symptoms occurred after eating certain types of foods, so Sarah helped me to identify which foods were causing bloating or pain. Now I know which foods to eat more of & which to avoid! Additionally, Sarah has given me guidance on how to live student life in a healthier manner by providing me with a myriad of tools that I can utilise when things get stressful when university starts to pick up around assessment times. I am so thankful and incredibly lucky to have learnt this from a young age, so that I can bring this knowledge along in order to continue healthy habits in my working life. Everything I have learnt from Sarah has resulted in feeling more energetic, a better sense of routine in my daily life, better/healthier habits, no pain or cramps after eating (yay!), clearer skin & less mood swings (which basically ticks everything off my list!).

I genuinely believe that working with Sarah has been life changing and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for help to get their lives on track and start feeling the best they can! I feel like many people far too often put their health and wellbeing on the back burner and always prioritise other things before their health. I really believe that everyone deserves to live their best life and I think that starts with feeling healthy – whatever that might mean for you. So, if you are thinking about seeing Sarah, I would say now’s the time to put yourself first – you deserve to feel amazing!
