I came to see Sarah to develop some sustainable every-day habits that would allow me to stay healthy. I had previously lost weight on a strength training program with a fairly strict nutrition plan. Although there was plenty of food, there wasn’t much variety or flexibility. I couldn’t keep it up long term and needed a ‘maintenance’ strategy.
Since seeing Sarah I have seen an improvement in my allergy symptoms, my digestion, my cycles, and I have lost 6cms from my waist with moderate exercise, and delicious nutritious food. The changes I made have become part of my lifestyle.
There is so much conflicting advice out there that it can be really hard to know what is right for you as an individual. Sarah helped me focus, setting clear goals each time we met, and helping me track my progress. She addressed all aspects of my health- not just weight loss.
