I was constantly thinking about my weight, feeling tired, mentally fuzzy and didn’t want to continue to feel so ‘blah’. I wanted to make some changes and I was ready to but wasn’t sure where to start and how to get to where I wanted to be. Just by chance I happened to come across Sarah’s Health-Wellbeing. I felt that this could be what I was looking for so I contacted Sarah straight away to make an appointment.

I’m so glad I did. I learnt so much over the following weeks with Sarah. I now have a much better relationship with food. I understand my body and the signs it’s giving me about my diet. I am not focused on my weight but rather focussed on how I am feeling (and the weight loss has come with this) – one of my goals was to wake up and have energy from the get-go and not feel sluggish throughout the day. Done!! Mentally I am a lot clearer –I now know that what we are eating can actually affect us not only in body but in mind. My family is benefitting – I am slowly & subtlety changing my kids diets over and educating them on the benefits of eating ‘cleaner’. And my food bill each week is actually lower which is an added bonus!

I feel I can achieve so much more now with better health, and having much more energy. It has spilled over into all other areas of my life such as work & relationships, and literally everything else that makes up part of being human. I would most certainly recommend Sarah to anyone who wants to look at how they can improve their life/lifestyle.
