I just had to share this beautiful email that fell into my inbox last night. I literally cried with pride and happiness for my beautiful, brave client.
Hi Sarah,
I’m not sure if you remember me but I came to see you last year for 10 weeks or so seeking help with my diet and hormones.
When I visited you I was in a troubled place within myself and my lifestyle and relationship was suffering.
It was about 8 weeks into your program when my body ovulated and I had my period for the first time in 2 years! As luck would have it, i didn’t end up experiencing any further ovulation as I fell pregnant from this miracle cycle and have since given birth to a perfect baby boy.
The reason for my email is to say thank you, because I haven’t seen you since I discovered I was pregnant and it has just changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel like I owe you so much for helping me turn my life around. Not only am I comfortable in my own body and within my relationship and lifestyle, I have the knowledge and tools to keep myself “on track”.
So thank you for what you have done for me and I will continue to follow your blog and recipes online.
I read your blog about your labour every night before I gave birth and it gave me a lot more confidence.. I had a beautiful birthing experience 🙂
