I came to Sarah when I was completely at a loss as to what to do next. I felt weak and tired all the time. I felt absent like I was on autopilot and missing out on my own life. I had tried things before and lost weight and felt amazing but had problems sticking to things and being consistent. This time I really wanted something I could do for the long haul.

Coaching with Sarah was great because she provided the framework (nutrition and lifestyle changes) but also the accountability and over time, it was so easy to maintain the changes. It’s been a year now and I know that the changes I have made will continue on. I feel like a different person. I’m healthy, energetic, happy, calm and lighter than I was. I can even start to get my head around planning for a second child now.
